Lincoln Park Boat Club (LPBC) is Chicago’s oldest rowing and paddling club, offering a wide range of rowing and paddling teams, programs, and classes, in the heart of Chicago.

Our mission is to make rowing and paddling accessible, affordable, safe, and fun for club associates and all members of the Chicago metropolitan community.

LPBC has two prime locations in the heart of the city of Chicago, one with lagoon and lake access and one with river access.

Lincoln Park Boat House

2341 N Cannon Dr, Chicago, IL 60614

LPBC’s home since 1910, the historic Lincoln Park Boat House is in the heart of Lincoln Park, between the Lincoln Park Zoo and Lake Shore Drive. The lagoon is home to our learn to row program, competitive and recreational sculling, kayaking, canoeing, and SUP. Members can enjoy 1,000 meters of calm, protected water in the lagoon or venture into Diversey Harbor to access Lake Michigan

Park No. 571 Boathouse

2754 S Eleanor St, Chicago, IL 60608

LPBC’s second home is the beautiful new Park 571 Boathouse on the south branch of the Chicago River. Our competitive and recreational rowing teams train here, taking advantage of the long straight waterway.
