We offer classes for all skill levels several times a week:
Intro to SUP
One session class to get you the basics and up on the board!
Curious what’s up with SUP? Give it a try on the calm waters of the Lincoln Park Lagoon. No experience required. This class is for beginners who want to find out what Stand-up Paddle boarding is all about. We will cover basic skills like standing up on the board, turns and safety considerations. All equipment will be provided. Get your feet wet in the fastest growing outdoor sport!
This group class is offered Wednesdays at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm and Sundays at 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm. Select available dates during checkout. Membership not required.
Early Bird SUP
Rise and Paddle!
No better way to wake up! Start your day right with our early morning SUP class on the Lincoln Park Lagoon. This class is for all levels. All equipment and instructions provided.
Class is offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 am. Select available class dates at checkout. Membership not required.
Take your SUP skills to the next level!
This class is for the intermediate to advanced paddler who wants to take it to the next level. Based on your goals and skill level we will work on stroke fundamentals, efficiency, race strategy, and mastering difficult water conditions.
This class runs for four weeks and is offered in June, July and August. All equipment provided. Membership not required.
June Class: June 12, 19, 26 and July 3, 2019 at 7:00 PM
July Class: July 10, 17, 24 and 31, 2019 at 7:00 PM
August Class: August 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2019 at 7:00 PM
Make the paddle board your gym!
PaddleFit makes the paddle board your gym! Our PaddleFit certified instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that will improve your strength, endurance and balance. This class is for all fitness levels. We do, however, recommend taking our “Intro to SUP” class prior to signing up for PaddleFit.
This class is offered on Sundays at 2:15 pm. Select available dates at checkout.
Private 1:1 Paddleboarding Lessons
One-on-one lessons on your schedule!
Each lesson is taught by one of our certified SUP instructors. To schedule the date and time of your private 1:1 lesson, please contact the Paddling Director at firstname.lastname@example.org
. The cost of the class is $65 per session.
