Competitive Sculling

Competitive Sculling

Coached practices are run weekly on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons at the Lincoln Park Lagoon. Scullers are given additional water, erg, and weight training workouts to do on their own. This program is the lagoon-sculling version of the competitive team that practices on the river, following the same training program.  Ideal for HPG, club, and competitive masters scullers.

Practice Schedule: Tuesday 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. (flexible start time), Sunday afternoon: 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.

Coached by Trish Brubaker, with some assistance from other LPBC coaches.
